Gopal Snacks Limited is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company based in India that manufactures and sells a variety of savory food products. The company was initially established as a partnership firm named 'Gopal Gruh Udhyog' in 1999. It has since evolved, becoming a private limited company in 2009 and subsequently converting to a public limited company in March 2023. The company offers a wide range of products under its 'Gopal' brand, including ethnic snacks like namkeen and gathiya, western snacks such as wafers and snack pellets, and other goods like papad, spices, and noodles. Gopal Snacks is noted as being the largest manufacturer of gathiya and snack pellets in India by volume as of Fiscal 2023. The company operates six manufacturing facilities across Gujarat and Maharashtra and has a distribution network spanning 10 states. In March 2024, Gopal Snacks launched its Initial Public Offer (IPO) and is now listed on the BSE and NSE stock exchanges.
